About

The NGF HelpDesk is an online platform designed to support States in improving their development performance, by providing demand-based advice and technical support in key areas of governance, through knowledge transfer, peer learning and direct technical assistance. The HelpDesk process has been modelled to be participatory, evidence-based, credible, consistent and reform-triggering.
We provide support across the following areas:

  1. Public Financial Management
  2. Domestic Financing

Accessing Knowledge/Direct Technical Support

While the Helpdesk only provides direct technical assistance to States in the areas of Domestic Financing and Public Financial Management (PFM), the NGF Secretariat, together with development partners have developed knowledge resources (Tool kits) tailored to serve as guides in developing and implementing plans, processes, strategic policies and administrative reforms. These include Toolkits for Enhancing IGR; Improving PFM, Executing Corporate Planning and Improving Service Delivery.
